4. Align the A1-14 dispenser with the wall plugs and secure it firmly with the included screws, ensuring a snug fit.
5. Unlock the dispenser using the provided steel key, open the cover, and load a compatible center-pull paper towel roll onto the internal spindle.
6. Close the dispenser cover and lock it using the steel key to secure the paper roll and prevent any unauthorized access or tampering.
