Introduction of WE-2201 Custom Project
The WE-2201 Custom Project involved a total of 560 sets of smart soap dispensers tailored for a leading commercial facilities group. This project was fully customized based on the client’s specifications, focusing on aesthetics, hygiene, functionality, and long-term durability for high-traffic environments such as airports, hospitals, and business centers.
Our R&D and design teams worked closely with the client to understand their specific needs, including installation methods, bottle compatibility, branding requirements, and sensor sensitivity. Based on these insights, we provided a series of design solutions—from product shape and color to nozzle type and refill method.
Once the design was confirmed, our production team began manufacturing immediately, leveraging our state-of-the-art injection molding and automated assembly lines. Every WE-2201 unit underwent strict quality control procedures to ensure performance consistency, long service life, and reliable sensor accuracy.
The installation was guided by our on-site engineers, who ensured seamless integration with the client’s existing facilities and adherence to the agreed technical drawings. Our goal was to not only deliver a reliable hygiene solution but also enhance the user experience and space design.
As always, our mission at AOLQ and WE is to deliver premium OEM/ODM hygiene products that combine innovation, customization, and quality.
WE-2201 Customization Process
- Requirement Analysis
Our product consultant initiates a detailed conversation with the client to understand their project background, application scenarios, design expectations, and functional requirements. This includes capacity, mounting method (wall-mounted or countertop), sensor activation, logo printing needs, and bottle compatibility. - Solution Design
Based on the input, our industrial design team provides mockups and 3D renderings. Several options are proposed to ensure the most suitable solution is selected based on the client’s brand style, project aesthetics, and cost parameters. - Quotation Proposal
A formal quotation is issued, detailing the unit cost, mold customization fee (if any), minimum order quantity, delivery lead time, and optional features (e.g., indicator lights, refill alerts). The client is encouraged to review and adjust based on their budget and procurement plan. - Contract Signing
After approval of the design and price, a contract is signed. It includes product specifications, sample confirmation, packaging method, delivery schedule, warranty terms, and after-sales clauses. - Sample & Mass Production
A prototype or sample unit is produced and sent for client confirmation. Upon approval, mass production begins. Our factory ensures that every batch adheres to ISO-certified quality standards, using high-quality ABS or PC materials with antibacterial properties. - Logistics & Delivery
Once production is completed, the products are carefully packaged and shipped based on the client’s logistics preferences (EXW, FOB, CIF, etc.). Our team provides real-time tracking and updates. - Installation & Support
For clients requiring installation support, we provide technical manuals, videos, and online guidance. For large-scale projects, our engineers can be assigned for on-site assistance. - After-Sales Service
A dedicated support team follows up post-installation to collect user feedback and resolve any issues. Spare parts, warranty claims, and future reorder discussions are handled professionally and promptly.
